Outplacement Coaching Program for Positive Transitions
This program is designed based on the highly motivating and well-documented principles of Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology. The “Four D” cycle of discovery, dream, design, and destiny creates our four-stage approach to Re:Invention. The process takes ten sessions of one hour each, plus a series of important homework and inquiry exercises between those sessions. Our commitment is to deliver programs that address the whole person, including personal values, motivators, priorities, and visions of what’s possible.
Please contact us for more information about Re:Invention, and what we can do for your organization.
