Adelaide has over 20 years consulting in Fortune 500 companies in various stages of organizational development, from start-up to maturity to restructuring. She helps clients identify the right path for the right development need. She has consulted to executives and entrepreneurs on organizational development issues such as building dynamic learning environments for individuals and teams to improve processes, performance and results, identifying individual and organizational goals to maximize goal alignment, invigorating teams and team culture to build increased employee and customer satisfaction, and evaluating career values and, when necessary, reinventing a work-life purpose and focus.
