Susan has more than 30 years of experience as an executive coach, organizational consultant, keynote speaker and manager. She has worked in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations that range in size from 5 to 50,000 employees. Her clients, who represent a wide variety of industries, have included Leo Burnett, Shell Canada, Time Warner, Westin Hotels and Johns Manville. She has also worked with numerous hospitals, library systems and government agencies.
In her efforts to facilitate sustainable change and increased productivity, she provides consulting, coaching and training that are tailored to the culture and priorities of each client. She helps leaders develop strong alignment within their senior teams and between all departments.
