Michael Sanson
Michael Sanson is a British executive coach who specializes in leadership and team development. Michael is devoted to supporting individuals, teams and their organizations in identifying and achieving what they are committed to - expanding horizons and bringing visions into reality. He has been based in Mexico City since 2006, following on from 8 years living in Bern, Switzerland.
Michael has coached corporate and executive clients from around Europe, the United States and Mexico. He is a visiting leadership coach and consultant at two of Europe’s top business schools; IMD in Switzerland and INSEAD in France. He also teaches leadership coaching at the EGADE Business School in Mexico City. In addition he serves a range of corporate clients on a variety of executive coaching and team development assignments, and maintains a private practice in which he coaches individuals both in person and by telephone. Prior to becoming a coach Michael’s own business career included spells with Goldman Sachs, Arthur Andersen and Motorola.
