John’s expertise is firmly grounded around leadership. Since 1996 John has been an executive coach and facilitator primarily helping managers lead more effectively. He has coached and trained managers and run culture development programs in many Australian public sector agencies such as the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Federal Police. John has worked with many senior individuals such as CEOs, Partners, Managers, Deans and Executives throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia in a broad range of sectors including government, hospitality, legal, academic, publishing, not for profit and banking.
