Alison has held senior positions in both the U.K. and the U.S. for a variety of companies, including Ogilvy and Ziff-Davis in a number of roles: from international sales to the airline industry, client services for marketing agencies, and marketing director and publisher for a European publishing start-up venture, to heading up high-potential teams as a change management leader. Additionally, Alison has a strong expertise in consulting to entrepreneurial leaders in evolving businesses as well as HR and talent management experience.
