Kevin Murnane
Kevin has spent over 25 years developing self-aware and results-oriented global leaders and organizations as an executive coach, business leader, consultant, business developer, entrepreneur and teacher. His first career focused on achieving business results by developing and implementing award winning global marketing and advertising strategies for Fortune 500 firms. He then followed his passion by helping individuals and companies discover and develop leadership talent all over the world. He has developed, sold and delivered programs in ten countries for leaders from fifty different cultures.
Kevin is certified in job analysis, behavioral interviewing, testing design and implementation, 360 surveys, assessment centers and personality instruments. He is also a certified Marshal Goldsmith coach. Kevin helped design and successfully taught the first Leadership Coaching Class at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Kevin’s unique combination of consultant, coach and teacher at Kellogg allows him to apply practicality and thought leadership to help clients solve real problems and take away sustainable tools to drive their future learning and success. He believes that true change comes from the head and the heart. As a coach, consultant and teacher he believes that compassionate listening is the most important skill.
