Marc Lesser
Marc is an executive coach, seminar leader, keynote speaker, and social entrepreneur. He integrates the hands-on business and leadership experience of a former company founder/CEO with the insight of a mindfulness and meditation teacher. He helps individuals and teams develop greater awareness, flexibility, and responsiveness in their work and lives, leading to more creativity, productivity and financial security. He is also a developer and instructor of Google’s Search Inside Yourself program that combines mindfulness with emotional intelligence.
Prior to founding ZBA Associates, Marc was the founder and CEO of Brush Dance publishing, an innovative calendar and greeting card company that was one of the first companies in the U.S. to make products from recycled paper. Prior to founding Brush Dance, he earned an MBA degree at New York University and was a resident of the San Francisco Zen Center for 10 years and director of Tassajara Zen Mountain Center.
Marc chose to become a coach to make a difference in people’s lives and in organizations. He is passionate about integrating business skills, creativity and awareness practices to develop leaders and solve compelling organizational and social issues.
