Miles Kierson
Miles has over 30 years of experience as a coach and leadership consultant, specializing in working with leaders at all levels and in executive team alignment, employee engagement and strategic implementation. He has worked in companies of all sizes, including very large companies like Sears and BP as well as very small and non-profit organizations.
As a coach Miles has worked with senior executives and managers at all levels and is a former executive and board member of two companies. His coaching style blends what he has learned as a consultant and a coach, and applies his experience gained as a result of his commitment to the fulfillment of human potential. He has worked with many coaches and participated in many programs that guided him not only in coaching, but also in being an authentic and aware person. His coaching clients typically learn how to utilize their strengths, see their blind spots, and become more effective, successful and stress-free.
As a leadership consultant Miles focuses on helping companies rally around a desired future and clarify how to achieve it. He then helps them maximize and accelerate their short and long-term success. Miles’ goal is to facilitate the process from formulation to completion in a way that allows clients to replicate the journey themselves, leaving them with extraordinary resilience and agility, and a culture that embraces sustainable performance improvement.
