Donna, founder of A Better Perspective, has pioneered the specialized practice of Shadow Coaching™ with global organizational leaders in the public and private sectors. By entering the client’s environment she looks at how people construct interpretations about their ways of being that is translated in their language and behavior. She helps clients increase their perspective by helping them see what they're not paying attention to, introducing paradoxes and co-creating stimulating arenas and environments that expand their thinking. Combining newfound awareness with desired outcomes she helps clients evolve into their level of excellence.
Donna has 26 years of experience coaching individuals and teams. The intent is to produce desired learning, new performance and achievement of desired personal performance and organizational goals with an eye towards transformational leadership and its impact. Her specialty is working with clients in the business/corporate sector, political Federal Ministries, government departments and agencies, and the medical community, all of which are faced with the responsibility of making decisions within complex, unpredictable and turbulent environments.
Donna is an author and lectures internationally. Her work has been written about in Fast Company Magazine, The National Post (Financial Post), The Globe and Mail, The New York Times Business Section, The Boston Globe and Personal Success Magazine.
