Sharon Horowitz, PhD

Sharon Horowitz, PhD, is the founder of CENTERNORTH International, a management consulting firm specializing in the financial services, technology and outsourcing industries.

Sharon is an expert on how human interactions drive business success, specifically within the highly competitive cultures of Wall Street and technology. In addition to providing leadership coaching at the C-suite level she designs strategic planning workshops for functional leaders within matrixed organizations, increasing their departments’ visibility and business impact. Sharon provides in-depth advisory services to companies based in India, which seek to expand their market share within the United States. She specializes in cross-cultural communication, client engagement training, selling to the C-suite, and bridge building between the two countries. She is a contributing author to the book, “Working Beneath the Surface, The Emotional Life of Contemporary Organizations”. She also developed a series of webinars for Gartner: “Transition from CIO to CEO”.
