She helps clients to identify what skills to develop and establishes a road map for development. She then provides the support and ongoing learning environment for change. As an OD consultant Lesly also works with teams to better understand and leverage style diversity, develop trust, embrace and constructively use conflict, make decisions, lead and implement change, have difficult yet productive conversations, and become learning organizations.
