Sean Harvey
Sean Harvey is a values-based leadership development consultant who empowers his clients to achieve sustainable business results while realizing tangible social impact. Over the course of his career Sean has built a track record of successfully designing and delivering thought-provoking and transformative learning experiences as well as coaching conversations for purpose-inspired professionals, leaders and teams.
Sean brings a multifaceted approach to coaching that encompasses over 14 years of experience in the areas of change management, leadership development and social innovation. He is recognized for sharing insightful and laser-focused observations and feedback with his clients that inform the design of personalized strategies and action plans for moving forward.
Over the years, Sean has developed academic teaching affiliations with Cornell University (Industrial and Labor Relations), New York University (School of Professional and Continuing Studies), Baruch College, CUNY (Zicklin School of Business), and the Graduate Center CUNY. He currently teaches courses in the areas of Organization Behavior, Organizational Change, Leadership, and Career Management. He is also a contributing member to a task force developing a new Bachelors degree in Social Justice for the Graduate Center, CUNY.
