Lynne Goldberg, MCC

From the internal worlds of professional services to world-class artists, Lynne has a knack for addressing challenges and problems and redirecting them towards solutions. She has created workshops on many subjects. Lynne has a passion for supporting individuals to become great leaders and has extensive experience with building collaborative relationships within organizations through understanding values as well as direct, honest and transparent communication.

Lynne is a graduate of IPEC Coaching. Within three years of certification she joined Deloitte & Touche—the first external coach to penetrate their internal coaching program.

She was hired by the National HR Director to coach and create workshops for their HR community of 900 people. Eventually she worked with all the functions and service lines. Lynne created a National workshop that is now presented routinely to all 45,000 employees. Lynne was the most requested coach and facilitator and is still hired to make presentations for them. Her most recent cutting-edge creation, called “Thinking Your Way to A Better Career,” has rapidly become a highly requested presentation.

Since becoming an independent consultant she has engaged in executive coaching and workshop creation/facilitations for organizations including AECOM, The Indiana CPA Society, Deloitte, ChildFund International and The Women’s Leadership Exchange.

In 2006, Lynne received the certification of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the Internal Coach Federation.
