Ann Fisher
Ann’s clients are senior executives called to lead in their organizations who want to draw upon their greatest, most authentic abilities to significantly impact their companies and their communities. She particularly enjoys working with clients who are creating change, driving innovation and navigating transitions. Ann has worked with clients from companies such as PepsiCo, Wrigley, Business Week, Leo Burnett, Yahoo!, AT&T Broadband, Bank One, SBC, Avaya and A.T. Kearney.
Ann chose to become a coach after 24 years of corporate business experience, 12 of which had her in international and senior managerial roles. While her direct experience is in advertising and publishing, her work exposed her to a wide variety of business climates. In her last executive position, based in Hong Kong, Ann managed both multi-culturally and virtually throughout the Asia region as General Manager, Pacific for Newsweek International. Prior to that she held management positions in advertising and publishing in Asia and the U.S. with Ted Bates, J. Walter Thompson and Time Inc. Like her clients, Ann has been on the firing line and she brings knowledge and maturity (and bruises) to her coaching. Her intuitive warm style, her energy and her orientation to action, once critical to her leadership, are key assets in her coaching process. Ann is currently based in Shanghai, China and works with leaders and high-potentials, both Chinese and Western, within global organizations to take their leadership abilities to the next level
