Pamela Duffy

Pam has over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience with Fortune 500 media companies. Pam is known for her relationship skills. She believes that the key to success for executives and leaders lies in making and keeping relationships. She also believes that with increasing incidence of mergers and tight job markets it is who we know and how we manage our stake holders that makes the difference.

As a certified coach Pam combines coaching with her relationship and marketing experience to examine how we can gain the trust of others. She is a student of human thought and interaction. Pam uses tools like Strength Finder, 360s and Emotional Intelligence to help her clients focus on taking their skills to the next level. Pam chose to become a coach to make a difference in organizations. She is passionate about using her broad training and experience to bring the human touch back to business. With small shifts in focus she believes we can achieve greater success and satisfaction in business and in life.
