Robert Demaree
Robert specializes in leadership development, team development and organizational effectiveness. He is passionate in supporting leaders and their organizations reach their highest potential. He brings over twelve years of experience working with a wide variety of corporate clients that include Ernst&Young, WPP, Fel-Pro, Federal Mogul, International Truck and Engine and Equity Residential.
In his role as coach and facilitator to leaders and managers, Robert has supported them in taking positive new actions in creating healthy high performing teams and organizations. He coaches his clients to higher levels of leadership effectiveness in mobilizing and inspiring employees, holding difficult conversations and leading effectively in the face of extreme pressure and ambiguity. He does this by observing them, directing them into new practices, pointing out bad habits, challenging them to do better, and asking them to excel in areas they didn’t think were possible.
As an organization development consultant, Robert has assisted his clients in the design and implementation of innovative leadership development and process improvement strategies that have produced significant business results. He has designed and facilitated strategy and visioning sessions for senior leadership teams. In his work with teams he has conducted team assessments, team building sessions and team facilitation. He has also designed and delivered customized leadership training for leaders and managers.
