Sharon Dauk draws on her extensive business and finance experience to help executives and their teams, entrepreneurs and key managers build their leadership skills, enhance their business operations, and achieve specific measurable goals. In working with individual leaders, Sharon employs proven coaching methods while providing a highly customized approach acting as an independent objective confidant to help her clients address opportunities and challenges, and develop the tools needed to navigate demanding and fast-paced business environments. Sharon often incorporates a review of the business operations, plans and competitive position to provide the executive with an informed yet objective sounding board to make the coaching focus as effective as possible in light of current business challenges.
Her 20+ years of experience as an investor, board member, advisor and business executive inform her perspectives about what is required personally and organizationally to lead in different situations. Her previous positions in the Corporate Finance Departments of Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney working with large clients on complex financial and corporate control issues provides a balance to her years of involvement with early-to-mid-stage company investing, managing and mentoring.
