Robert (Bob) Corbett

Bob helps leaders and their teams improve organization results by establishing alignment and commitment between their vision, goals and actions. He accomplishes this by helping leaders and teams leverage their strengths, address development opportunities, own their goals and actions, and lead and sustain the change efforts required to achieve their vision.

He is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner and thought leader with 20+ years of experience in leadership (i.e., at the Vice President and Director levels), coaching and consulting roles in a variety of industries. His expertise includes board of director level interfaces; and he has worked in Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Bob’s focus on coaching and organization consulting assignments is to first thoroughly understand the nature and scope of an organization, i.e., its vision, strategy, operations, challenges, the strengths and development needs of its management team, and its customers and competitive environment. He believes that by understanding the business and its critical elements he can better apply his organization consulting and leadership coaching, and problem solving and solution development skills.
