Marilena Beuses
Marilena is an international leadership consultant and executive coach who founded her company “4 Total Success Inc. and Coaches en Espanol” 9 years ago. Marilena has worked with clients in Europe, Latin America, Asia and North America. She is a leader in the hispanic market as an executive coach. She also founded the first Spanish speaking coaches’ network for the International Coach Federation.
Prior to becoming a coach she was an executive with PepsiCo International and Citigroup Latin America where she managed employees in 23 countries. This experience fully equips her to understand the complexity of doing business in emerging markets.
Building on her own outstanding international executive career she is dedicated to helping her clients excel in their assignments, to demonstrate resilience and flexibility while keeping themselves authentic to their values and heritage. She particularly enjoys working with clients who are creative, drive innovation and navigate in unchartered territories.
