Staci Arney
Staci Arney takes a whole systems approach to coaching by cultivating leadership to emerge from the break room to the boardroom, because the potential for growth and inevitable change lies at every level of an organization. Staci challenges her clients to build upon strengths that will keep them engaged while building the capacity to continuously reconstruct what it means to be successful.
As an applied behavioral scientist and change agent, Ms. Arney draws upon 15 years of experience in operations, executive leadership and organizational development consulting to maximize her impact as a trainer, executive coach and organizational consultant. Her ability to empower leaders to achieve bottom line results and a commitment to her clients has led to partnerships with emerging businesses, leaders in higher education, non-profit organizations and government agencies where she has led whole system change efforts. In addition, Staci is a highly skilled team facilitator where she utilizes appreciative inquiry, experiential learning and action research to lend depth and validity to her work.
