Dr. Cynthia Heller Alt, PhD
Located in Southern California, Cynthia has over 18 years experience consulting to organizations large and small. With roots in organizational development and change management, she has consulted with executives and entrepreneurs on strategic planning, organizational development and business alignment initiatives. Her clients come from industries including high tech, energy, finance, manufacturing and transportation.
As a coach, Dr. Alt’s expertise resides in her ability to guide individuals through aligning personal and organizational goals in order to maximize measurable results for both. She helps her clients balance the need to capitalize on opportunities while building leadership capacity in order to sustain organizational viability. She has supported her clients during times of building strategic plans and teams as well as during personal transitions.
Cynthia’s consultation engagements have focused on assessing, designing, and implementing organizational development initiatives that range from succession planning, competency modeling, process mapping and training in order to achieve desired business outcomes. Her facilitation expertise has helped Boards of Directors, Senior Management Teams, and intact teams to identify and align efforts to organizational goals maximize their results.
