Suzi Pomerantz, MT., MCC
Suzi Pomerantz, MT., MCC is an executive coach, performance consultant, and corporate trainer specializing in leadership development with Fortune 500 clients, attorneys and public sector leaders.
When working with executives and attorneys, Suzi takes a no-nonsense coaching approach that is professional, conversational, intuitive, and results-oriented. One executive describes her coaching as “laser-beam, pin-point accuracy.” Her primary commitment is to the success of her clients, closely linked with her deep commitment to confidentiality. Acting from a philosophy of partnership with her clients, Suzi guides the executives she coaches to exceed prior performance through questions, dialogue, calculated risk, and the fundamental belief that each person has his or her own answers within. She often provides action-based, integrated performance assessment debrief coaching. Suzi’s coaching methodologies allow each executive to find those answers for himself/herself and design actions that are aligned and consistent with that clarity. She then provides structures and practices to support the implementation of those actions and the realization of each client’s goals. Suzi takes a coaching approach to facilitation and training, designing and delivering results-oriented sessions that engage adult learning.
